By accessing or registering for Volleyball League Madhya Pradesh (VLMP), organized by Rely Sports Foundation, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

• Participation is open to players who meet the age and category criteria specified by the league.

• Players must provide accurate personal and identification details during registration.

• The organizing committee reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage.

2. Registration

• Registration is considered complete only after successful submission of the form and payment of the applicable registration fee.

• Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless stated otherwise by the organizers.

• Submission of false or incomplete information may lead to disqualification.

3. Selection & Participation

• Player selection is solely at the discretion of the league selection committee.

• Selection or non-selection decisions are final and binding.

• Selected players must adhere to the schedule, rules, and code of conduct of the league.

4. Code of Conduct

• Players are expected to maintain discipline, sportsmanship, and respectful behavior on and off the court.

• Any misconduct, indiscipline, or violation of league rules may result in suspension or disqualification.

5. Playing Fees & Benefits

• Playing fees, benefits, and facilities (if applicable) will be provided as per league policies.

• The league reserves the right to modify or update benefits based on operational requirements.

6. Medical & Fitness

• Players participate at their own risk and are responsible for their physical fitness and health.

• The organizers will not be responsible for any injury, illness, or medical condition during the league.

7. Accommodation & Facilities

• Accommodation, training, and other facilities (if provided) are subject to league rules and availability.

• Players must follow the guidelines issued for the use of facilities.

8. Media & Promotion

• By participating, players grant permission to the organizers to use their name, image, and video recordings for promotional, marketing, and media purposes without any additional compensation.

9. Schedule & Changes

• Match schedules, venues, and formats are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

• The organizing committee reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any part of the league if required.

10. Liability

• Rely Sports Foundation and Volleyball League Madhya Pradesh shall not be held liable for loss of personal belongings, injuries, or damages during the league.

• Participants agree to indemnify the organizers against any claims arising from their participation.

11. Amendments

• The organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Updated terms will be effective once published on the official website.

12. Governing Authority

• All decisions made by the organizing committee of Volleyball League Madhya Pradesh shall be final and binding.
