1. Registration Fees

• The registration fee paid for Volleyball League Madhya Pradesh (VLMP) is non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the organizers.

2. Incorrect Information

• No refund will be provided if a participant submits incorrect, incomplete, or false information during the registration process.

• It is the sole responsibility of the participant to ensure that all details provided at the time of registration are accurate.

3. Duplicate Registrations

• In case of multiple or duplicate registrations by the same participant, the registration fee paid for such duplicate entries will not be refunded.

• Only one valid registration per participant will be considered.

4. Non-Selection or Non-Participation

• Registration fees will not be refunded in case a participant is not selected or does not participate in the league after registration.

5. Withdrawal by Participant

• No refund will be issued if a participant chooses to withdraw from the league at any stage after registration.

6. Event Changes or Cancellation

• In the unlikely event of rescheduling, modification, or cancellation of the league due to unforeseen circumstances, the decision regarding refunds (if any) shall be at the sole discretion of Rely Sports Foundation.

7. Organizer’s Rights

• Rely Sports Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any registration without assigning a reason.

• All decisions related to refunds and cancellations shall be final and binding.

8. Policy Acceptance

• By completing the registration process, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
